Proudly serving all of New Jersey
New Jersey personal injury attorney David Silverstein, partner at Lependorf & Silverstein, P.C., has officially been to the mountain top. Mr. Silverstein recently conquered the fourth highest peak in Colorado, reaching the peak of La Plata on August 1. Located just outside Leadville, the mountain is one of Colorado’s famed “14ers,” known for their elevation reaching over 14,000 feet above sea level. Mr. Silverstein has now climbed nearly half of the 57 Colorado 14ers.

ABOUT LA PLATA
La Plata is found in the Sawatch Range, west of the Rockies. At its peak, La Plata measures an impressive 14,343 feet tall. La Plata means “silver” in Spanish. Nearby ghost towns of Winfield and Hamilton were prominent silver mining locations over 100 years ago. The mountain’s face is known to be steeper than most of the other 14ers, making it one of the more popular peaks amongst experienced climbers. La Plata is considered Class 3, one of the tougher climbs.
PROFESSIONAL DEDICATION IN ALL THINGS
David Silverstein exhibits determination and commitment in every part of his life. The dedication he uses for climbing mountains is the same dedication he uses professionally as a personal injury attorney. Mr. Silverstein pushes himself to provide each client with effective, aggressive and honest representation. A man who doesn’t give up after miles of climbing dangerous mountain terrain won’t back down to insurance companies or any party that denies rightful compensation to an injured victim. Clients need a lawyer who can meet challenges and stays with them no matter the path to justice.

The firm’s principals, Gabriel R. Lependorf and David E. Silverstein, have each been representing injured victims in the State of New Jersey for over thirty years.
