Reporting OSHA Violations
Under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, workers have the right to file a complaint with OSHA regarding employer violations and request an inspection of their workplace. This should be done as soon as possible after you become aware of a workplace hazard, as OSHA can only issue citations for current violations and violations that have occurred within the past six months.
